The 2007 Barbera d'Alba Trevigne displays superb richness elegance and balance in its layers of fragrant dark fruit. This sumptuous impeccable Barbera is sure to provide immense drinking pleasure over the next few years. Some of the overt oakiness of past vintages is missing and what comes through is a glorious expression of Barbera and Piedmontese winemaking at its very highest level.
