The 2007 Cairanne Haut Coustias is a unique blend of 60% Mourvedre mixed with 20% each of Grenache and Syrah. It was completely destemmed and aged all in foudre. This beauty offer lots of Mourvedre meatiness as well as ample dark fruits and spice, medium to full-bodied richness and outstanding concentration.
