Sappy and fresh offering impressively concentrated red and black fruit flavors in a youthfully linear style. Tangy minerality adds lift to the back end which is complicated by a medicinal character. Finishes firm with note of cherry and candied flowers and dusty tannins. I'd bet on this aging very slowly. 91+ (JR)

Pungent aromas of black fruit flower blossom and loamy soil with a hint of fresh earth and spice box. Black cherry and blackberry flavors set the stage on the palate joined by a pop of black raspberry. Elegant with a supple texture this builds in intensity through the mid-palate. Well-integrated tannins lead to a precise finish showcasing intense black fruit flavors. This is drinking very well now.
