This offers ravishing delicacy and wafting floral character on the palate with a pure fruit concentration free of any over signs of botrytis. Hauntingly long it misses only the element of refreshment and complexity when compared with the very best wines in this collection but they set a standard whose toughness cannot be equaled at any other Mosel address in this vintage. -David Schildknecht
