Medium-deep ruby color; deep slightly closed. complex red cherry and raspberry aromas; rich. ripe cherry flavors. spice and cinnamon notes; silky texture sweet oak; great structure and balance; long finish. Very deep and complex Pinot that already has layers and layers of flavor. A great statement of the quality of this new vineyard.

The nose lifts with sweet cherry and a peak of raspberry in the persistent perfume. Crushed flowers rise high out of the glass with layers of cherry mocha cream that add to this dynamic wine's aroma and bouquet. The palate is where this wine really stands out with plus concentration of black cherry and black raspberry fruit. A wine so expressive and full of Pinot tension this wine is a blockbuster with a huge mid-palate that is at once powerful with densely packed fruit yet counters with ultra silky texture. Balanced acidity focuses the ripe fruit in the mid-palate and allows for a powerful finish that is long and luscious.
