Light in texture with a minerally edge to the blackberry and cassis flavors lingering easily against refined tannins on the elegant finish. Drink now through 2018. 800 cases made. -HS

The 2008 Pinot Noir Stewart was made primarily from the Pommard clone sourced from the Dundee Hills. Slightly deeper in color than the Pappas cuvee it gives up aromas of bing cherry floral notes incense and plum. With plenty of volume on the palate ample ripe tannin and plenty of spicy fruit this tasty effort will benefit from another 1-2 years of cellaring and will deliver prime drinking from 2012 to 2020. -Jay Miller

Beautiful notes of strawberry and rose make way for a touch of forest floor on the nose. With excellent balance on the palate the vibrant acidity complements the red fruit and hint of spice gliding across the mid-palate. The tannins are quite supple and offer a lush texture straight through to a bright lingering finish.
