Full bodied, cedar, tobacco, black fruits, dark chocolate and smoky cigar box notes on the nose. On the palate, the wine is full bodied, fresh and juicy. The wine is a bit strict, there is a leafy, undercurrent in the mouth, which become less prevalent with time. For Malescot, this is quite classic in style. Give it another 5-8 years for the fruit to come out and for the wine to soften.
