I very much like the nose of this wine as it's classic Morey but elegant and quite pure with moderately earthy wild red berry fruit aromas that convey a subtle sense of the sauvage that is also reflected by the relatively supple and forward middle weight flavors that evidence a discreet minerality on the lacy and refined finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth. Overall this is beautifully balanced and if it can add depth in bottle it should merit the upper end of my projected range.
