Moderate reduction cannot completely block the earth and animale character of a classic Cazetiers that gives way to rich full and mineral-driven flavors that are mouth coating and quite suave yet manage to display reasonably good detail on the solidly complex finish. This is also on the modern side without being overdone and a wine that should reward another 5 years or so of cellar time.
