This is definitely the most Burgundian of the Sojourn Pinot's and is the most intellectually stimulating. Red raspberry bing cherry white truffle and forest floor soar from the glass. The palate is very supple with just the right amount of acidity and a touch of oak. This is very elegant and will surely satisfy the most critical Pinotphiles. A perfect pairing with duck confit.
