The 2008 Zinfandel Aida Vineyard Estate comes from a vineyard made famous in the early formative years of nearby Turley Cellars. A fascinating blend of 82% Zinfandel 10% Petite Sirah and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot it boasts a dark plum/purple color as well as a big kiss of mountain berries intermixed with garrigue lavender pepper and spice. Elegant yet powerful with a terrific texture it is a sensational Zinfandel to drink over the next 7-8 years.
