Another sleeper of the vintage this blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from consultant Stephane Derenoncourt displays plenty of melted chocolate espresso roast sweet berries and black fruits. It is ripe fat succulent dense ruby/purple and a totally hedonistic and delicious Bordeaux to drink over the next 3-4 years. The natural alcohol level of the 4000 cases produced is 14.7%.
