It was partially barrel-fermented and aged on its lees in barrel and tank. It gives up fragrant aromas of toast baked apple mango and other tropical aromas. Creamy textured round ripe and concentrated this long tasty wine can be enjoyed over the next 2 years. -Jay Miller

A unique wine the 2009 Mollydooker Violinist made from 100% verdelho has an aromatic nose of beeswax white florals lemon curd apricots pear and white pepper. The pear and pepper carry through onto a richly textured palate more reminiscent of a Rhone white than the traditional light and crisp Aussie verdelho. A fun white for summer guzzling!
