The 2009 Sauvignon Semillon was brought up from the cellar in response to my question, "How do these wines age?" In the glass today, at 14 years old, it leads with a lanolin/wet wool, fresh leather, lavender, white pepper, cheese rind, juniper, dried thyme and brine.
