If a touch less densely packed than its mate above this inviting effort is blessed with nicely centered black cherry fruit filled out by hints of dried twigs creamy oak and biscuity toasted brioche oak influences. It is medium-full in body and slightly supple in palatefeel while tilting a bit towards firmness and a touch of acid-driven brightness in its backend. It is a wine that is destined to get better over time and we would use it now only for rich fish in the salmon or tuna camp or for fowl preparations that contain a tangy aspect in their makeups.
