(70% treixadura, 9% each godello and loureira, 7% torrontes and 5% albarino): Bright gold. An explosively perfumed bouquet evokes fresh melon and apricot, with lively mineral and spice notes adding vivacity. Creamy and expansive on entry, then more nervy in the mid-palate, with very good depth to its sappy pit fruit and honeydew flavors. Gains spiciness on the finish, which clings with very good tenacity. This weighty but vibrant wine will be very flexible at the table.

The 2009 San Clodio is composed of 70% Treixadura with the balance Godello, Loureira, Torrontes, and Albarino sourced from vines averaging approximately 80 years. It was fermented and aged sur lie in stainless steel. Light gold in color, it offers up a pure minerality, white fruits, and baking spices. Intense and rich on the palate, this dry blend is loaded with fruit, has outstanding volume, and a lengthy, smooth finish. Drink this outstanding value over the next 3-4 years.

(70% treixadura, 9% godello, 9% loureira, 7% torrontes, and 5% albarino) Bright and clean with hints of gold. The nose tantalizes with white melon, passion fruit, Asian pear, and lanolin scents, plus a touch of sugar snap peas and sweet peat. Silky and viscous on the palate, with nubile layers of melon, white nectarine, clove, and key lime pith along with a lingering minerally saline finish. Exciting, gutsy, and oh so sexy. Will pair beautifully with stir fry, grilled fish, and oysters.
