Very sweet and glyceral, with a flavor of apricot nectar joined by notes of walnut and almond. Extremely rich wine with ripe, harmonious acidity. Finishes very long, but without the penetration or cut of the 2008 szamorodni. In fact, this seems higher in alcohol despite the fact that it's a degree lower--at 11.5% vs. 12.5%.- ST
