A cool, pure and exceptionally pretty nose is similar to that of the Symphonie but here there is a bit more aromatic complexity. There is excellent precision to the mineral-tinged, delicious and again, slightly more complex flavors that possess solid balance and outstanding length with no warmth. This is a really impressive effort for its level and should amply repay mid-term cellaring.
