Composed of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Malbec and 11% Petit Verdot, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Pritchard Hill is deep garnet colored with a nose of baked blackcurrants, preserved black plums and damp soil with hints of fungi, chargrill, tilled soil and bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, tautly structured and with a refreshing backbone, it has bags of black fruits and a long, chewy finish. - Lisa Perrotti-Brown
