(90+) The 2010 Puligny villages bottling from Jean-Michel Chartron had already been bottled at the time of my visit and was showing lovely potential. The deep and classy nose is a mélange of apple, pear, lime zest, really striking minerality, spring flowers and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and racy, with a fine core of fruit, snappy acids and excellent length and grip on the focused and classic finish. A lovely AC.
