What fabulous purity of aroma here, with dark fruits, minerals and truffles. Changes all the time as you smell it. Full body with fine tannins and a silky, polished texture finish. It goes on for minutes. This is one of the best Bruno Rocca Barbarescos in years. Better in 2017 but very pretty now.

Shows impeccable balance, with expressive cherry, strawberry, floral, licorice and spice flavors. The tannins are there, but everything is in the right place for a promising evolution. Best from 2016 through 2028. 1,000 cases made. –BS
