Aromas of white peach and pear nectar, with lively spice and floral notes adding complexity. Nervy, focused orchard fruit and honeysuckle flavors pick up sappiness with air and show very good spicy lift. Clean and brisk on the finish, with the floral and spice notes repeating. Textbook viognier, and a very good value for the variety.

Bright gold hue and significant green tones. The aromatics are intense, providing ample amounts of Geranium blossom on top of waves of lychee, and a background of pine forest, within a framework of briny minerality. The complexity of the minerality continues on the palate, followed by unctuous sweet tropical fruit and floral notes. The full body really coats the mouth, and provides a lengthy finish of seashell, which moderates the sweetness. This needs food, and is a strong contender for your holiday meals of roast turkey, stuffing, sweet potato casserole and cranberry sauce.
