Spicy, tightly focused citrus and orchard fruit aromas show very good clarity and hints of white flowers and ginger. Spicy, tightly wound lime and pear flavors unfurl slowly, picking up a smoky quality and a hint of green cardamom. Dry and nervy for a viognier, much less a New World version. Closes spicy, tight and very long, with dusty mineral and floral notes clinging.
