The 2011 Meursault Village from Coche-Dury goes from strength to strength, and it's even more integrated and complete than when I last drank a bottle, at the same restaurant (about 50 meters away from the domaine). Mingling aromas of crisp pear and green pineapple with citrus oil, toasted sesame and struck match, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with superb concentration, racy acids and a long, penetrating finish. This is a wine that transcends the vintage. - William Kelley
