Red berry, truffle and spice aromas show an almost liqueur-like sweetness. Lush, concentrated and sweet, with lovely depth and definition to the red fruit and spice flavors. (BH89-92 points) A highly perfumed, pure and very pretty nose of plum, rose petal and red currant aromas introduces intensely mineral-driven, vibrant and beautifully well-delineated flavors that terminate in a markedly saline, clean and crisp finish. I very much like the depth and persistence and this should make for a really lovely effort with the proper cellar time of 10 to 12 years.

Jancis Robinson's Purple Pages, November 2012
Big, quite beefy, even a little cheesy! Certainly dramatic. Almost flashy for a Lafarge wine. Solid fruit with quite a firm impact. Relatively dense. Dry finish. Extremely appetising. 17/20
