Hints of menthol and oak serve as a backdrop for the layered and densely fruited nose of plum, dark cherry and raspberry. There is excellent volume and concentration to the powerful yet seductive medium weight plus flavors that possess plenty of mouth coating dry extract that buffers the moderately firm tannic spine on the delicious, complex and beautifully persistent finish. This is very good and worth considering.
