Lime pea pod juicy passionfruit tight with good acidity. Has a gin and tonic like edge and is typical of the regional style. A bit flinty with a tight and tangy finish. Good stuff. Hits the spot.

Spicy pear and melon aromas are underscored by chalky minerals and honeysuckle. Sharply focused orchard fruit flavors are complemented by tangy minerality and given a bitter edge by pear skin and quinine nuances. Finishes on an intense floral note with zero excess fat and excellent cut.
