This is arguably the most elegant wine in the range with its ultra-pure aromas of essence of red pinot fruit, wet stone, anise and dried floral scents. There is an intense minerality to the beautifully well-detailed medium weight flavors that possess a lacy mouth feel yet culminate in a serious, chalky and muscular finish. This delivers flat out terrific length and I really like how the finale fans out. In a word, brilliant.
