A blend of 55% Grenache, 27% Mourvedre and 18% Syrah, the 2012 Veracity is a sweetly fruited, sexy and seamless red that has plenty of black raspberry, raspberry, licorice, crushed rock and toasted spice on the nose. As with all of Jordan’s 2012s, it’s made in a full-bodied, lightly textured and savory style, with plenty of chewy tannin (which is common in her 2012s) on the finish. It will improve with another year in bottle and have over a decade of longevity. - Jeb Dunnuck
