The 2012 Vineyard Drive is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and Roussanne that spent 18 months in a combination of new and neutral French and Hungarian oak barrels. It possess a Rhone-like style with its peppery underbrush, graphite and sweet berry fruit. This is followed by a medium to full-bodied, rich, yet structured and tannic wine that will require 1-2 years in the cellar, and evolve nicely through 2022. - Jeb Dunnuck
