Tightly knit, flowery, flinty and somewhat intellectual as it requires introspection, this small estate has fashioned a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from their chalky, limestone soils. Aged in both stainless steel and cement tanks, it was still unyielding when I tasted it, but a lot of minerality and character should emerge over the next 6-12 months. - Robert Parker
