The 2013 Riesling Spatlese Norheimer Kirschheck offers very fine raisin and grey slate aromas on the nose, richer and riper fruit than the Leistenberg Kabinett because this is a south-facing site and –– a Spätlese. Adjacent to the Dellchen but without any volcanic elements, the wine is juicy and sensual but also pure and piquant, persistently salty and dancing, very pure and extremely sexy. Wow, this tropical juiciness here is alluring. - Stephan Reinhardt
