Another medium to full-bodied, lightly textured, elegant effort is the 2013 Perfectionist. Made from 68% Syrah, 17% Mourvedre and 15% Grenache, it shows plenty of Mourvedre savoriness to go with ample red and black fruits, smoked meats and a touch of olive tapenade.
