(JG90-91 points) The 2013 Enseignères was one of the last wines in the cellar to finish its malo this year, so this wine was bottled in early March of 2015. The wine is excellent, but still just a touch out of sorts from the mise, offering up a bouquet of white peach, apple, chalky soil tones, a touch of almond paste and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and pure, with a good core, fine balance and a long, nascently complex and classy finish. I have to imagine that this wine is every bit as focused as the rest of this stellar range of 2013 white Burgundies, but is still just a bit unsettled from its more recent bottling.
