The 2013 Dry Riesling has a lovely lime juice, orange blossom and grapefruit peel nose accented by touches of white pepper and coriander seed. The dry, very crisp and very tightly knit, light-bodied palate offers a wonderfully uplifting burst of citrus intensity at this youthful stage, but if you’re not a citrus fruit / acid freak, it could do with another year in bottle.
