(WA92-94 points) The 2014 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru les Suchots has a similar nose to the Les Beaux Monts at the moment, perhaps a little conservative and needing to find its voice. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, supple and pure with sorbet-like freshness careening over the tensile finish. This is one of those wines that the longer you remain in its presence, the more you fall for its charms. It should be a little stunner once in bottle. - Neal Martin
