This has good aromatic clarity. The palate has a very neatly arranged, well-structured style, offering a nice tannin and acid interplay through the finish. This is in good form. Try from 2022.

What it lacks in volume, it makes up for in beautiful aromatic intensity. The bouquet offers territory-driven tones of forest berry, wild rose and dried violets. The freshness and the brightness of those aromas are well intact. The mouthfeel is lean, but it does have ample structure at the back with bright acidity and polished tannins. This expression of Cannubi from Chiara Boschis can be described in a single word: elegant.-ML

Exotic spice and citrus overtones add to wine's considerable allure. Succulent red cherry, cinnamon, orange peel and rose petal notes all lift from the glass in this gracious, sublime Barolo. This is one of the more accessible 2014s I tasted during my fall trip. Given its midweight structure, the 2014 Cannubi may turn out to have a relatively short life, but then again, Nebbiolo often surprises. Today, the wine is exceptionally beautiful. -- Antonio Galloni

The sweet, piquant raspberry nose has finesse and charm, followed by a firm attack on the concentrated and fleshy palate, ripe tannins providing the grip. It's a broad style but balanced by the acidity, which gives poise and persistence. Quite long. Aged in barriques.
