The flavors are bright and perfumed, with plenty of chalk and white pepper overtones that add energy. Today, the 2014 is tightly wound, and yet it is also super-expressive. This very traditional estate is now run by the founder's great-granddaughters. The nose is exquisite, with sweet, leafy, rose-petal aromas. It's a medium-bodied wine, suave, quite concentrated and nicely textured, with some depth of fruit. It has some solidity and persistence, but just lacks a little vivacity. Long.
