The 2014 Unus comes from a vineyard that dates back to 1928 in Drummond, Luján de Cuyo. It was a warm year. Right now, the oak dominates the wine somewhat with a nose of toffee, refined cedar, jam and plum. The tannins are refined and flow expansive before the fruity finish. It seems a style was settled upon this year, striking a balance between the vineyard and the oenology.
