(WE93-95 points) Fresh lime tones bring a touch of bitterness to this otherwise ripe and opulent wine. Lively lime intensity on the palate adds considerable freshness to the very sweet yellow fruits and crisp pear that pervade. It is going to be a very fine, concentrated and intense wine.

(WA93-95 points) The Château Sigalas-Rabaud 2014 is a blend of 95% Sémillon and 5% Sauvignon Blanc with 123 grams per liter residual sugar and 4.56 grams per liter total acidity. It will matured in French oak for a total of 18 months. It has a very focused bouquet with honeysuckle, orange blossom and white peach scents all vying for attention. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the viscous entry. The concentration is commensurate with the vintage, with plenty of depth and vigor on the lightly spiced finish. Superb. - Neal Martin

The palate is well balanced with a fresh entry, crisp acidity, notes of tangerine and marmalade furnishing the vibrant and spicy finish. Every now and again this property pulls a great Sauternes out of the bag. The 2014 is one of them. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting. -- Neal Martin

(WS91–94 points) A pure style in the making, with a beam of white peach, apricot and pineapple flavors, leading to a long, heather-accented finish. Lovely acidity. A sleeper estate that shouldn’t be overlooked. — J.M.

Full-throttle mango brulée on the nose and palate, and there’s a good amount of botrytis richness. Tangy and beautiful. Solid intensity.

Fresh and juicy, with lifted fresh citrus and spicy stone fruit flavors. Doesn’t seem sweet at all but finishes long with building sweetness and intriguing notes of crystallised ginger. Outstanding example of lighter-styled Sauternes. Read more at https://www.decanter.com/wine-reviews/france/bordeaux/chateau-sigalas-rabaud-sauternes-1er-cru-classe-2014-19311#gtyIWvduzHY7wGLs.99
