In the low-yielding 2015 vintage, grapes sourced from St. Helena, Oakville, and Rutherford were aged in a combination of oak, puncheon and concrete. Alluring dark fruit and earth notes, sweet capsicum and cedarwood all lead to an intensely earthy wine with marked black fruit notes; black olives are impressively built with powerful tannins that seem to develop on the fruit and mineral-driven finish.
