The 2015 Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Poisets reveals a beautifully floral, pure nose of rose petal, violets and raspberry. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, ample and deep, with a vibrant core of fruit, fine-grained tannins and a chalky finish. The lieu-dit of Les Poisets is located below Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Cailles, and was vinified with 100% whole cluster this year. - William Kelley
