Very deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon gives up bags of earth-inspired scents—mossy bark, tilled soil truffles and underbrush—with a crème de cassis and baked plum nose plus touches of cigar box and Chinese five spice. Full-bodied, concentrated and exuding tons of baked berries and exotic spice layers, it has a chewy texture and slightly warm finish.- LPB
