The 2015 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru has a light, tightly coiled bouquet that may require another year to fully unwind. The palate is well balanced, with a fine bead of acidity, and quite saline in the mouth. The finish is not terribly complex, but there is satisfying tension and a pleasant tang of spice on the aftertaste. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. -- Neal Martin
