It’s the same blend (90-10 Grenache-Syrah), made the same way, without any wood. The fruit is a bit more evolved toward cherries and spice rather than the bright raspberries of youth, but it’s still full-bodied, creamy in texture and rich, with a long finish. Drink now to 2025. As a point of reference, the 2013 and 2014, both significantly more difficult vintages, lag only a couple of points behind and are drinking well at the moment. - JC
