The 2015 Gevrey AC here is a bit more red fruity than the Morey villages, wafting from the glass in a lovely blend of cherries, red plums, mustard seed, lovely minerality and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, pure and every bit as transparent as the Morey, with a fine core of fruit, suave tannins and a long, focused and bouncy finish. This will be another excellent villages with a bit of bottle age. (Drink between 2020-2050)
