The layers fill out beautifully in this dark, ample Saint-Émilion. Black cherry, plum, chocolate, leather, licorice and spice notes add considerable character and complexity. Intense and rich, but not at all heavy, the 2015 has a lot going on. The Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon give the wine its distinctive aromatic signatures. There is quite a bit to like. Tasted two times. collapse

With a classic, fresh, complex style, it’s a terrific, impeccably balanced Saint-Emilion that will keep for 15+ years. collapse

A firm and chewy red yet, there is a freshness and brightness to the fruit and nature of this red. Medium to full body. Driven finish. Solid. Drink or hold.
