The 2015 Chardonnay comes all from the estate vineyard and spent 11 months, on lees, in 15% new French oak. It’s seriously impressive, with classic stone fruits, white flowers, and mineral notes showing in its impeccably balanced, nicely textured style. It has good acidity and is already a joy to drink, but it will keep for at least 7-8 years.
