Very ripe and round textured with lots of fruit such as plums and cherries. Full body and round and soft tannins. Fresh and clean. Lovely wine. Hard not to drink now. Will age beautifully as well. Drink in 2020.

At the moment, the bouquet is showing the new oak component, with broody black fruit underneath. The palate is medium-bodied and seems to have absorbed the wood quicker than the nose, smooth and sensual with touches of dark chocolate lining the long finish. Give this 4-6 years in bottle.- NM collapse

A blend 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc that was brought up in 85% New French oak, it’s medium to full-bodied, ripe, yet elegant, finesses driven beauty that has fine, fine tannin and a terrific finish. It’s a beautiful wine that will only get better with short-term cellaring and keep for 15-20 years. collapse
