This is a juicy, firm, chiseled 2015 that has terrific purity and fine, yet present tannin, and needs 3-5 years of cellaring.

Plush, sweet and stuffed with red berries, spices and dried flowers, offering outstanding volume while maintaining its shape and avoiding any impression of heaviness. Quite spherical in the middle palate, then suave on the back end, finishing with late-arriving fine-grained tannins and resounding length. (This is a blend of Charmes and Mazoyères, from two different owners.
